Forensic results from the pathologists and ballistics lab should be requested by the media. Will most likely be presented by the prosecutor’s office at trials. Bikers own that mess, lock, stock and barrel.

Since we do not have enough info now to know for sure either way-I don’t have an opinion either way-yet.
There’s lots wrong with both sides of this story as presented so far.
I lived in Akron ,Ohio back in the 70’s when the Outlaws-Hells Angels “war” was going on and saw a whole lot of stuff from both clubs, and local, state, and fed law enforcement that was a huge WTF?
Shady dealings all around, from all parties during that fiasco.
There’s too many different stories as to what took place in Waco, and none of them add up right.

Don’t recall anything in the 70s taking place in Akron. Recall the ball field, and warehouses by railroad tracks last time I went through there. Looked like a very nice place to live and work. Let’s wait and see what transpires in the prosecution in the Texas event.

Akron had,and still has a fairly high population of bikers, hasn’t been any wars between clubs or anything like that lately. Still see guys wearing colors from both clubs-then there’s the Zulus from Cleveland, one of them stabbed a good friend’s kid brother in the Brecksville metro park.
Back in the 70’s most of the fights/stabbings/shootings that took place were in the small bars near the tire factories right off I-76,and a couple of places just outside of town on south main street, between Akron and Portage lakes, and a little town called Brady Lake-between Kent and Akron.Other incidents took place in Youngstown-which is only about 40 minutes from the eastern part of Akron-where the tire factories used to be. Most of the shootings took place in Cleveland,Geneva on the lake,a couple happened in Sandusky-not far from Cedar point. It took years for those cases to get through the courts for some reason.
