Why Prep?

What if you had an emergency and the police could not come? Some cities are already cutting back their police force to save money.

What if you had a fire and the fire department didn’t come? Many cities are trying to have all volunteer fire departments, will they be there when you really need them if there were a big disaster?

What if your grocery store was empty and it was unable to resupply? Power outages, gas shortages, damage to transportation infrastructure, there are many reasons this could happen.

What would a long term power outage mean? You couldn’t flush your toilet, you couldn’t use an ATM, use a credit card, pump gas, recharge your phone, turn on your heat, turn on your air conditioner, use your refrigerator……You get my point.
