Had they not filed thousands of lawsuits to stop every timber sale-then these fires would be smaller anf easier to contain. They used the sue and settle tactic,so they are the people who dictated USFS, USFWS,BLM, and EPA policy.

Between sue and settle, abuse of the endangered species act, and dictating zero logging policy-zero deadfall removal, zero firebreaks cut,zero forest management policy- there are decades worth of deadfall and hundreds of millions of beetle killed pine trees across the west that are just like pouring gasoline by the tanker load onto the forests- there won’t be any forest left for the eco fascists to dictate policy over soon.
