Thus, a few important sociological points must be recognized:

1. If you’re gonna rule with an Iron Fist, have the ability to maintain that order.
2. Understand that you will not be able to maintain that order forever, so it’s a better approach to be benign with your greatest resource.
3. It’s better to build unity through recognized Collective Efficacy.
