  1. I liked the post but hate the story.
What is it about modern policing that means you go in heavy the whole time?
We also see that happening in the UK.
OK, not with flash bangs, but doors caved in without warning.
As of yet none have fallen on top of a child or person.
Or they aren’t admitting to any, which is probably nearer the truth.

In some of our older tenament properties the front door opens directly into the main living room. And we have LOADS of them in cities, townships, and villages.
The opportunity for disaster ever present.

In the U.S. this kicking in doors, tossing flash-bang grenades, and shooting dogs at 4am crap started in California, with LA police chief Darly Gates, who created the first SWAT team.
Now,every little city and town has their own SWAT team and MRAP,along with every .gov agency.
They keep using the SWAT teams and kicking in doors and shooting dogs because they’ll lose funding if they aren’t out doing middle of the night raids.
They’ll also lose their MRAP’s and funding to maintain them if they aren’t using them.
