Ever since, some 50 years ago, the Ford Foundation produced the Constitution for the Newstates of America, it has always been the political elite and the big money who are behind the push for an Article V convention. an “article V convention” isn’t a “constitutional convention”. 2 different things, and anyone that confuses the two is deliberately confusing the facts.
they can propose amendments, and those amendments have to be ratified in the normal way. that’s all the power they have. period. go read article V. it’s very specific.
