  1. I’ve little time for druggies.
The cost benefit of continually reviving them to carry on causing harm to others from their crimes, contaminated blood, body fluids, and the mayhem they inflict on their families, just doesn’t add up.

The thing that gets me is people around here have seen this shit going on for years, they’ve been to friends funerals over and over.
Yet they all somehow think they aren’t going to turn into junkies.
It’s bad here- one of our daughters became a widow at 28 because her husband started doing heroin and stuck a needle in his arm one too many times, a guy I went to high school with lost both sons to heroin overdoses a month apart. Another friend put his kid through rehab 5 or 6 times- now he has no money saved for retirement.
A kid that I used to work with overdosed and died because his dumb ass girlfriend was more worried about the cops coming to her house than calling an ambulance for the guy.
      It’s beyond insanity around here.
Funny how the heroin started showing up again shortly after U.S. sent military to Afghanistan.
