I talked to my attorney on Thursday, been busy and haven’t had time to write a post or send a bunch of e-mails.
The attorney is doing some investigative work, and some further research-we will go from there.
He still says it is a viable case, and we are right about the way we were treated being abhorrent medical care.
I should hear back from him within two weeks, that’s how long he needs to gather additional information, research case law, etc.
The curse of never ending vehicle repairs is still in effect-I should have two of the three done tomorrow-that’s the wife’s mini van and one of the daughters cars, the third will take a week or ten days if I can work on it every day.
Should have had one of the cars done Sat,but spent the day repairing motor for auger on salt spreader and fixing a snowblower.
For whatever reason, several people e-mailed and now do not want to sue Dr. Yokiel.
I liked the Dr,or I wouldn’t have stayed with him for almost 12 years. I don’t really want to sue him either-but that’s the only way to get to those who refused to treat us according to medical standards, and the state and/or fed agencies that had a hand in shutting Dr. Yokiel down.
No matter,I am going ahead with a lawsuit-even if I have to do so by myself.
The way we were treated is wrong, and should have never happened. The same thing should never, ever happen to even one chronic pain patient again.
interested in joining the lawsuit need more info on getting involved was a patient of Yokiels for 9 years

Hi Starvin Larry! My name is Bridget & my mother Theresa has tried to email you several times but for some reason it will not go through. She is still very interested in joining the lawsuit against Dr. Yokiel. Could you please confirm your email? Thank you!
