Many of you have asked for it- We’ve added a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TC3) Course to the schedule for 1-2 June! The two day course will be instructed by a currently serving Army Combat Medic and will provide the student with a basic, working understanding of TC3 in an austere environment:
- How to approach casualties in a tactical environment
- Tourniquet application
- Wound packing
- Pressure dressings
- Chest seals and NPA’s.
- How to pack a basic IFAK and scalable options for different environments.
This will culminate in a field exercise to show you how this all comes together to treat wounded on the battlefield. We will talk about gear selection and also cover the importance of higher levels of care and evacuation of a patient.
