I have not always agreed with Attorney General William Barr’s assessment of all events. He thought the prosecution of Roger Stone for “lying to Congress” was righteous. I totally disagree there. Roger Stone was screwed by the system from the get-go, so Barr was way off on that one.
However, in his recent comments about what Communist China is trying to do to this country he is right on target.
According to the John Birch Society Barr gave a speech at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum and he talked about how Red China is “engaged in an economic blitzkrieg” which intends taking over several key areas of our economy “such as the technology, pharmaceutical, and entertainment industries as a way of replacing the U.S. as the world’s leading superpower.”

This time it’s the Chinese? Yesterday is was the Russians.
Tomorrow? That could have been the EU but us Brits have almost brought that down.
Which makes me wonder a bit about the backing of the Brits in doing so.
At first America (Trump) was all for it. Then he wasn’t sure.
After all if a plan fails, it’s always a good idea to have a fall guy primed into other people’s minds.
If Europe fails the US will prosper.
A shattered economic state is always ripe for the picking.
If the price is to take down the UK?
That’s money well spent. Isn’t that right Mr.Trump.
Then there is China.
We had a maxim once upon a time.
“Never wake the dragon as it’s bite will be worse once enraged”.
So everyone just left China alone and it quietly went about it’s business.
Only Trump foolishly went on the attack and riled the dragon.
The result was the US found it is facing a force which could just topple it off the top dog’s position.
Was that time to negotiate a peace?
Probably and the status quo would have been restored.
Only Trump kept going and the media LOVED THAT!
But now big business has worked out just how expensive an error that will be and they don’t like it.
So, if you can’t shut a rogue mouth up, the only sensible way forward is to make the Chinese the enemy and hope the blame will be deflected away from the cause of the rage.
But that doesn’t seem to be making a difference this time and the coronavirus has just added to the economic fall of the USA.
From a stable world to one full of discord and division.
China, Russia, and other emerging third world countries, all now working together with one goal, to topple the US because of their ‘business’ aggression.
Sometimes to see the real villain it is necessary to look within.
