How would you feel if the BLM blocked your only source of water for your cattle off by blocking off the road you have used for decades to access and maintain the flow of water to the stock tanks your cattle and horses drink from? Or how about if the BLM just decided one day to fence off the spring that is the water source for your cattle,and denied you access to the water?
How would you feel if you were forced to sell the ranch and the cattle,horses and equipment that your family had used for generations to provide for themselves?
In the USA,the BLM,USFS,and USFWS all bow to the demands of the environmental extremists,and land use policy is dictated by said extremists on what is supposedly PUBLIC land?
farming,ranching,logging,mining,oil and gas drilling,hunting,fishing,trapping,ATV/dirt bike,4wd trucks are all permitted to be operated on many areas of public lands in the western U.S.
All these people ARE part of the PUBLIC,they ALL have as much right to use the land as the enviro-nazis.
The “welfare rancher” idiocy being spread by the left is just that idiocy-ranchers maintain and improve the grazing lands,they provide water sources that ALL wildlife use to survive.
They maintain miles and miles of fences,gates,roads and water is often piped for miles to allow cattle,horses and all other wildlife to have access to clean,fresh water.
farmers,ranchers,hunters,trappers,fishermen,loggers,oil and gas drillers PAY for their use of public lands.
All of the above mentioned groups maintain and/or improve the lands that they pay for the right to use.
The only “welfare” users of public lands in the USA are the enviro-nazis-they don’t have to but permits to hike and take pictures-all the others pay a fee to use the public lands.
The enviro-whackos are the ones who will only eat grass-fed beef.
Where do they think grass fed beef comes from?
Where are they going to get their grass fed beef when they’ve put the last individual rancher out of business,and forced him or her to sell the family land?
Do yourself a favor so that YOU do not appear to be so ignorant-research what was done to the Hammond family.
They were charged as “terrorists for setting a backfire to save their livestock,home,barns,and other outbuildings.
The BLM,USFS,and USFWS set backfires all the time,other ranchers have set backfires that got out of control,and burned some of the BLM range land-why weren’t they charged as “terrorists?
Why aren’t those employed by government agencies charged as terrorists when a backfire they have set burns homes,barns,and livestock?
Ammon BUndy and the others at the Malheur wildlife refuge may not have chosen the best way to draw attention to the evil being done by the federal government’s agencies in the western U.S.,but attention did need to be drawn to the problem.

There is no “armed militia” at the Malheur refuge-that’s just made for tee vee hype by the leftists in the media who despise anyone to the right of their heroes Joe Stalin and Karl Marx.
The media is putting out a false narrative about the events taking place at the refuge.
The things they are protesting about are valid-the BLM et al is abusing thier power in the west,and forcing ranchers off their land and out of business.
Open your eyes and your mind-stop believing all the bullshit being fed to you by the media.

The environmental “movement’ created use rules on most western national forests has created dangerous fire conditions by banning the removal of deadfall, banning almost all logging,and no longer maintaining USFS roads.
The deadfall left on forest floors creates extra fuel for wildfires-and is the reason fires are larger,burn hotter,burn longer,and are more difficult to put out.
Clearing deadfall,and selective harvest logging improve the health of a forest,and lower the fire danger.
National forests are supposed to be logged,it’s part of the reason they were created.
The BLM,USFS and USFWS have treated ranchers horribly all over the west. They have forced a huge number of ranchers to sell their land,land that has been in families for generations-all to “protect” some endangered species that was placed on the endangered list due to environmental groups misuse/abuse of the endangered species act.
Groups like the Center for Biological Diversity file a never ending stream of lawsuits-which cost billions of taxpayer dollars. The USFWS,BLM,and USFS settle out of court most of the time,and cave to the demands of the gaia worshiping enviro whackos.
People matter,the people who live in the ever increasing billions of acres of “protected habitat” have their livlihoods taken from them,loggers,outfitters,miners,farmers and ranchers are all put out of business due to environmental activism.
It has reached a level of absurdity that is insane.
Ranchers who’s families have held grazing rights for over a century are being forced to sell their property to the BLM,USFS,or to create yet another “national monument” or “nature preserve”
Do some research on what really happened to the Hammond family-they were railroaded,they were made an example to the rest of the ranchers who refuse to sell their land to create the Steens mountain national monument.
There was clearly prosecutorial misconduct in the Hammond case,the fed prosecutor who resentenced them as “terrorists” for staring a back-burn fire to protect their homes, buildings,and property from lightning caused wildfires burning out of control.
The poaching claim is pure fiction-invented out of whole cloth by the prosecution because it would sound good to a jury-there is zero evidence of poaching. The prosecution manipulated a mentally disabled young relative of the Hammonds in inventing the poaching story.
The fed prosecutor is now on a “leave of absence” due to stalking charges filed by an employee.
There’s a whole lot wrong with the Hammond case-and it’s an example of how the BLM treats ranchers and farmers all over the west.
Ranchers,farmers,loggers,miners,hunters,trappers,fishermen,ATV/dirt bike/4wd truck/jeep users are the public-the public is not just the environmental movement’s idea of the public-those mentioned above have as much right to use public lands as the enivro-whackos.
