Police state desnsitization alert!! Achtung! Papers serf!! The dog has signaled that you have illicit thoughts in your trunk!!

Washington (CNN)   They’re carrying out sporadic terror attacks on police, have threatened attacks on government buildings and reject government authority.

A new intelligence assessment, circulated by the Department of Homeland Security earlier this month and reviewed by CNN, focuses on the domestic terror threat from right-wing sovereign citizen extremists, and comes as the Obama administration holds a White House conference to focus efforts to fight violent extremism.

Some federal and local law enforcement groups view the domestic terror threat from sovereign citizen groups as equal to — and in some cases greater than — the threat from foreign Islamic terror groups, such as ISIS, that garner more public attention.

The DHS report, produced in coordination with the FBI, counts 24 violent sovereign citizen-related attacks around the U.S. since 2010…. blah blah blah

Obama: Pass a bill or I’ll rip up the Constitution

The president does not have the right to overturn laws he does not like. The former constitutional law professor knew that in 2010. When asked why he had not pushed through a bill to legalize undocumented immigrants, Obama told Univision: “I am president; I am not king. I can’t do these things just by myself. We have a system of government that requires the Congress to work with the executive branch to make it happen.”

On Nov. 20, when Obama announced the expansion of his Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program to include undocumented adults, he said, “To those members of Congress who question my authority to make our immigration system work better, or question the wisdom of me acting where Congress has failed, I have one answer: Pass a bill.”

George Washington University law Professor Jonathan Turley is an Obama voter who is appalled. Testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Turley charged that partisan “division is no license to ‘go it alone’ as the president has suggested. You have only two choices in our system when facing political adversaries: You can either seek to convince them or to replace them. This is obviously frustrating for presidents (and their supporters) who want to see real changes and to transcend gridlock. However, there is nothing noble in circumventing the Constitution. The claim of any one person that they can ‘get the job done’ unilaterally is the very Siren’s Call that our Framers warned us to resist.”

The Constitution charges the president to “take care that the law be faithfully executed”; Obamaland contends it is simply engaging in executive discretion. But Judge Hanen countered, “Exercising prosecutorial discretion and/or refusing to enforce a statute does not also entail bestowing benefits” — like Social Security cards, work permits and the ability to travel.

In supporting the president’s imperious go-it-alone approach, Democratic leaders have acquiesced to what Turley calls “their own institutional obsolescence.” They’ve handed a tool of mischief to the next chief executive.

House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, has a chance to be relevant by pushing a bill that would grant legal status to undocumented immigrants brought here as minors. Such a bill also would continue funding for the Department of Homeland Security before a Feb. 27 budget deadline. The Senate and White House would bristle about a package less generous than the big bill passed by a Democratic Senate in 2013, but if enacted, such a measure would be the law of the land until and unless a new Congress and president overrode it. Unless, that is, Americans decide the Constitution doesn’t mean anything.

Canada federal police warn of growing anti-oil threats

Posted: February 19, 2015 by gamegetterII in Uncategorized

The eco-hysteria folks have to resort to shit like this because pretty much everyone is sick of their shit, sick of hearing about global warming during blizzards, sick of hearing every hurricane or tornado is due to global warming, and most of all sick of their eco-hysterical nonsense being forced on us by way of excessive regulation of everything from lightbulbs,to toilets,to what kind of woodburning stove you can have, all paints and caulks have been ruined by eco-regulation,ethanol added to gasoline is destroying our chainsaws,lawnmowers,rototillers,weed-whackers, and logsplitters.

The air and water in the USA are much cleaner than they were when the “ecology” movement started in the 1970’s. Everything has been over regulated to the point of insanity-people are being told they can not build a home 250 feet from a lake-because it would destroy a wetland-WTF? It’s land on the shore of a lake-how is building home on a lot you own going to destroy a wetland-when the land you planned to build on  was never “wet”?.

There’s about to be a huge backlash against these eco freaks,enviro-nazis,and the animal “rights” whackos.

They can’t even see it coming-they are still planning on sabatoging oilfields, releasing animals from farms, destroying dams, and trying to get all hunting and trapping banned-I know I’ve had enough of their shit over the past 40 years or so-I’m sure plenty of others have as well-let them destroy their own “movement” through their own stupidity.

Ottawa (AFP) – Canadian police warned in a leaked document Wednesday of growing threats to the country’s oil industry by militant climate activists opposed to the use of fossil fuels.

Greenpeace called the year-old report obtained by AFP “chilling,” because of its broad-brush depiction of climate-change activists as potential extremists.

In the report, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police describes “a growing, highly organized and well-financed, anti-Canadian petroleum movement” that is largely peaceful but includes “militants and violent extremists who are opposed to society’s reliance on fossil fuels.”

It said this ideologically motivated fringe group is willing to go beyond peaceful actions, and use vandalism and sabotage, or advocate the use of arson, firearms and bombs to force a stoppage in activities that contribute to global warming.

In some cases, the RCMP said they have aligned themselves with “violent aboriginal extremists” while attracting hundreds of millions in funding from foundations and wealthy individuals in the United States.

It commented that “the arrival of outside influence, financial support, and direction can inflame an already tense environment.”

The document cites as examples clashes between protesters and police in New Brunswick in October 2014 that saw six RCMP vehicles burned and 40 people arrested, as well as weapons and explosives seized.

Between 2006 and 2013, there was also the bombing of an oil executive’s car and another’s home, threats against the shale gas industry, and attacks on infrastructure including pipelines.

The RCMP was not immediately available to comment.

But RCMP spokesman Sergeant Greg Cox told local media that federal police do not conduct surveillance unless there is suspicion of criminal conduct.

Greenpeace’s Keith Stewart, however, said: “The big problem is that this document classifies anyone who is concerned about climate change as a potential (if not actual –- the lines are very blurry) ‘anti-petroleum extremist’ looking to advance their ‘anti-petroleum ideology.'”

The RCMP said militants are currently focused on New Brunswick and British Columbia provinces, where new shale gas and pipeline projects are underway, respectively.

But it added that “as the petroleum industry expands its operations across Canada, criminal activity associated to the anti-petroleum movement will increase nationally.”

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Department of Justice is preparing to sue the Ferguson, Missouri, police department over allegations of racially discriminatory practices unless the police force agrees to make changes, CNN reported on Wednesday.

The network, citing sources, said the Justice Department would not charge the white Ferguson police officer involved in the fatal shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown last August but was expected to outline allegations of discriminatory Ferguson police tactics.

The department would file suit if Ferguson police did not agree to review and change those tactics, CNN reported.

The shooting of Brown last August by officer Darren Wilson led to months of sometimes violent protests in Ferguson and galvanized critics of the treatment by police and the U.S. criminal justice system of blacks and other minority groups.

A St. Louis County grand jury decided last year not to prosecute Wilson, who has since left the Ferguson police force. The Justice Department has been conducting probes of the shooting and the operations of the Ferguson police force.

Justice Department spokesman Peter Carr declined to comment on the CNN report.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, who is preparing to leave office, said earlier this month he hoped to complete the civil rights investigation of the shooting before he steps down.

CNN said the potential Justice Department lawsuit could include allegations that police targeted minorities in issuing minor traffic infractions and then jailed them if they could not pay the fines.

It reported the agency would seek court supervision of changes taken by Ferguson police to improve its dealings with minorities.

Let’s talk about why it’s good to know your blood type. If the grid is down, and you’re down and in need of a blood transfusion, it’s going to make life a whole lot easier and safer for everyone if you could communicate your blood type to your caregivers so they can match donor blood to your blood quickly. Furthermore, if something happens to someone you care about and he or she needs a transfusion, it’s going to make life much easier and safer for everyone if caregivers knew you were part of a walking blood bank[1]  of people that could donate in a pinch.

To that end, if you haven’t be typed, here are the safest ways to go about it.

1. Donate blood with the Red Cross. They’ll type it for you and mail you a card with your blood type on it…

Northeast US Having One Of The Driest Years On Record

The idiots continue to promote eco – hysteria when anyone with more than 3 working brain cells knows their full of shit.

Michael Mann and Kevin Trenberth are two of the top five global warming promoters. They both claim that global warming has brought the deep snow to the Northeast, and the press laps it up uncritically.

Had they done about one minute worth of research, they would have known that the Northeast US is having one of the coldest and driest years on record.

Finding Directions Without a Compass or GPS

Watch MethodIn an emergency situation where you have to move rapidly, knowing direction can be critical. But what if you don’t have a GPS or  compass, lost it, or it broke? Knowing how to find North by other means, either in an urban  or rural environment is an essential skill. Let’s look at some ways to do that.

As coyotes flood eastward and northward, filling virtually every nook and cranny of viable habitat between Florida and eastern Canada, the gray wolf is stalking the North Woods and northern Rockies. Black bear populations are swelling, and sighting the elusive bobcat is hardly a rare occurrence. Even mountain lions are showing up in new places. And all of this is happening as we humans continue to take millions of deer every year.

Meanwhile, whitetails are facing a host of other issues. Habitat loss, changes in human land-use patterns, disease, hunter harvest and an assortment of other challenges all represent some level of threat. A suite of whitetail predators the likes of which hasn’t been encountered in a century or more is only adding to the difficulty in maintaining high deer numbers.

As evidenced by the white flags waving over the Kansas landscape that spring evening, it’s become a scary world for the whitetail. But how serious is the threat of predation on the long-term viability of the herd? In light of other challenges, are predators the final straw that will push deer over the tipping point? And what, if anything, can we as hunters and conservationists do about it?

The Threat is Real
Without question, the whitetail now exists in an ecosystem characterized by far more predators — and more types of predators — than was the case 40, 20 or even 10 years ago.

“Here’s the thing with predation: Throughout most of the eastern United States, we have historically managed deer herds in the absence of predation,” says Karl V. Miller, professor of wildlife ecology and management at the University of Georgia. “We just figured that most of the predation occurred at the hands of sportsmen. That has changed. We have a predator context in the eastern United States that we historically have not had, and it needs to be taken into account in managing deer.”

Miller is among those spearheading a new study that will include a close look at land-use patterns of coyotes in the Southeast. He’s spent much of his career studying whitetails and the factors that influence them. He notes the coyote’s colonization of the eastern U.S. is a fairly new phenomenon.

In an article published in the Journal of Wildlife Management in 2009, Miller, along with coauthors John Kilgo, H. Scott Ray and Charles Ruth, discussed the expansion of coyotes in no uncertain terms.

“During the last half of the 20th century, the range of the coyote expanded dramatically,” Miller and his colleagues wrote. “Coyotes now occupy most of North and Central America. Eastward of the historic western range, coyotes now occur throughout eastern North America from New Brunswick, Canada, to Florida, USA.”

Although some evidence exists to suggest this rapid expansion occurred in part because of the extermination of other predators, the coyote is hardly the only carnivorous threat to whitetails.

“The point to be made here is that we’re not just talking about one predator,” says Dr. James C. Kroll, director of the Institute for White-tailed Deer Management & Research at Stephen F. Austin State University. “It’s an entire suite of predators.”

Kroll is not alone in his assessment. Researchers in the North Woods of Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan have noted increased predation of whitetails by wolves. Bobcats are impacting fawn survival in several regions. And mountain lions are efficient ambush predators of adult deer — bucks in particular. The black bear has proven to be a significant killer of fawns throughout its range.

“In some areas of the United States, bears can have more of an impact (on whitetails) than coyotes or wolves,” says Kyle Ravana, who heads up Maine’s deer management program. “In other areas, it could be coyotes or bobcats that are having the biggest impact. It kind of depends on where you are.
