BBC News – UK Suicide Bombers #$%$ Strike

Muslim suicide bombers in Britain are set to begin a three-day strike on Monday in a dispute over the number of virgins they are entitled to in the afterlife. Emergency talks with Al Qaeda have so far failed to produce an agreement.

The unrest began last Tuesday when Al Qaeda announced that the number of virgins a suicide bomber would receive after his death would be cut by 25% this February from 72 to 54. A spokesman said increases in recent years in the number of suicide bombings has resulted in a shortage of virgins in the afterlife.

The suicide bombers’ union, the British Organization of Occupational Martyrs ( B.O.O.M.) responded with a statement saying the move was unacceptable to its members and called for a strike vote. General Secretary Abdullah Amir told the press, “Our members are literally working themselves to death in the cause of Jihad. We don’t ask for much in return but to be treated like this is like a kick in the teeth”.
Speaking from his shed in Tipton in the West Midlands, Al Qaeda chief executive Haisheet Mapants explained, “I sympathize with our workers concerns but Al Qaeda is simply not in a position to meet their demands.

They are simply not accepting the realities of modern-day Jihad in a competitive marketplace. Thanks to Western depravity, there is now a chronic shortage of virgins in the afterlife. It’s a straight choice between reducing expenditures or laying people off. I don’t like cutting benefits but I’d hate to have to tell 3,000 of my staff that they won’t be able to blow themselves up.

Spokespersons for the union in the North East of England, Ireland, Wales and the entire Australian continent stated that the change would not hurt their membership as there are so few virgins in their areas anyway.

According to some industry sources, the recent drop in the number of suicide bombings has been attributed to the emergence of Scottish singing star, Susan Boyle.
Many Muslim Jihadists now know what a virgin looks like and have reconsidered their benefit packages.

Fred Reed nails it on theburningplatform.com:

Many Americans wonder why the US military has such a dismal record of failure in its wars in Moslem territories. Do we not have the most modern forces in the world? How can a force armed with fighter-bombers, B1s, night-vision goggles, helicopter gunships, heavy armor, and advanced remotely-piloted vehicles lose routinely to lightly-armed goatherds?

Journalistic old-hands in the regions, men who have spent decades following the wars and the complex and shifting alliances, say quietly that the cause is American ignorance of both the lands and the people. Virtually no one in the United States has any notion of the region, they say, though all seem to have strong opinions. Policy thus rests on self-assurance buttressed by factual vacuum.

Journalism being what it is today, reporters cannot say openly that the US, from the White House to the Pentagon to the public, is (as…

Why won't Congress ask Holder and Jones about allegations of "fraud upon the court" by DOJ and ATF lawyers?

Determined not to let a thus-far deliberately indifferent Congress ignore the wider implications of “fraud upon the court” by Department of Justice lawyers in his case, retired ATF Agent Jay Dobyns has prepared a list of 21 questions lawmakers should ask of Attorney General Eric Holder and ATF Director B. Todd Jones. He posted the queries, along with links to media accounts, on his website Friday, and mirrored it to elicit support from forum members on CleanUpATF, the site that first posted allegations of “walked” guns from Operation Fast and Furious being found at the murder scene of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

“Congress doesn’t need to hold hearings on this,” Dobyns maintains. “They simply need to draft a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder and ATF Director B. Todd Jones demanding truthful and complete answers. This is all it will take. If the AG and Holder will answer honestly, this will be soon be resolved for good.”

The questions…

1. Who was briefing you on the status of Dobyns v. USA?
2. What were you told and are you satisfied that your briefings were accurate and complete?
3. When did you first see the two ATF Internal Affairs reports [‘Reports’] on ATF’s reaction, response and investigation of the Dobyns home arson and on ATF’s removal of Dobyns’s backstopped countermeasure identifications?
4. What did you do about the factual allegations of criminal conduct and policy violations contained in the Reports?
5. What was Deputy Director Thomas Brandon’s role in this matter and upon whose instructions was he following?
6. Who was disciplined based on the facts, evidence and recommendations contained in the Reports and to what extent?
7. Who ordered that the Reports be withheld from Dobyns and his attorney and why?
8. When did you first learn that DOJ attorney(s) advised Judge Allegra that the Reports were irrelevant to Dobyns v. USA?
9. What did you do about it?
10. When did you first learn of ATF Attorney Valerie Bacon’s attempt to scuttle the arson investigation and upon whose instructions was she following?
11. What did you do about it?
12. When did you first learn that ATF Internal Affairs investigator Christopher Trainor had been threatened/intimidated regarding his investigation/testimony/participation in Dobyns v. USA?
13. What did you do about it?
14. Why did ATF close their investigation into the threats on Trainor without completing it?
15. What did you do when Judge Allegra referred to you allegations of government fraud related to Dobyns v. USA?
16. Why has DOJ’s Internal Affairs refused to investigate the allegations of fraud against DOJ attorneys requested by a Federal Judge?
17. Have you prepared for prosecution any of the criminal conduct revealed in the Dobyns v. USA trial, namely Obstruction of Justice and Perjury?
18. If no, why not?
19. Is DOJ, ATF or any government agency conducting surveillance on Dobyns’s attorney James Reed or any other party adversarial to the government in Dobyns v. USA?
20. If yes, who, who has ordered it, and why?
21. Do you consider yourselves to have any personal responsibility, ownership or accountability for the conduct of DOJ Attorneys, Agents and/or government witness’s actions in any of these matters?

MILFORD, Pa. (Reuters) – The Pennsylvania survivalist who eluded a 48-day manhunt after a sniper attack that killed one state trooper and wounded another pleaded not guilty on Thursday to murder charges.

Eric Frein, 31, appeared at his arraignment through a video conference from Pike County Correctional Facility, where he is being held without bail.

He was asked by Judge Greg Chelak in the Pike County Courthouse whether he wanted to plead not guilty to fatally shooting Corporal Bryon Dickson and wounding Trooper Alex Douglass on Sept. 12, 2014 during a late night shift change at the Blooming Grove state police barracks.

“That’s what I wish,” Frein said in a firm voice, standing tall and still in an orange jumpsuit.

Pale, clean shaven and looking almost bookish, far from the bedraggled man he appeared at the time of his arrest, he repeatedly answered the judge’s questions about whether he had seen paperwork with a polite, “Yes, I have” and “Yes, I do.”

If convicted of the top charge of first-degree murder, Frein could face the death penalty.

Asked outside the courtroom about the possibility of a plea bargain to spare Frein from a death sentence, District Attorney Ray Tonkin, said he was “not considering a plea at this time.” He declined to discuss the case further.

Prosecutors have said Frein harbored anti-government views for years and hoped the shootings would spark a “revolution.”

After the gun violence, Frein, who lived at his parents’ home not far from the ambush site and is an experienced outdoorsman, fled into the surrounding Pocono Mountains, about 100 miles north of Philadelphia. The FBI put him on its Most Wanted List and an intensive manhunt put the community on edge for weeks – at a cost of $11 million.

He was captured by U.S. Marshals outside an abandoned airplane hangar in a former resort near Tannersville, Pennsylvania.

Judge Chelak added Frein to the March trial list but defense lawyer Michael Weinstein said he believed the case would not go to trial before 2016.

Starting out quoting Shakespeare and ending up citing Kafka, Judge Francis M. Allegra’s conclusions about ATF conduct that led him to rule in favor of retired agent Jay Dobyns in a breach of covenant suit are scathingly revealed in his previously sealed opinion. That judgment was revoked after Allegra learned of “fraud upon the court” considerations, this column reported Sunday.

Leading his opinion with a verse from Othello, Allegra pointedly let the government defendants he ruled against know he considered them to have robbed Dobyns of his “good name.” Concluding his opinion with a reference comparing Dobyns’ ordeal to that imposed by the ‘totalitarian state” in “The Trial,” and calling it “Kafkaesque,” Allegra further observed that the conduct of “certain ATF officials … bears little resemblance to the lofty sayings carved into the facades of the Department of Justice.” He was referring to “words now carved into the office rotunda of the Attorney General” that “The United States wins its point whenever justice is done its citizens in the courts.”

“Based on the breach of the covenant, the court finds that plaintiff [Dobyns] is entitled to damages in the amount of $173,000,” Allegra ordered in the opinion he has since revoked in order to pursue an investigation into further government misconduct. “The court concludes that defendant [ATF] is entitled to – nothing.”

Contained between such surprisingly literary judicial bookends is much “legalese,” and much “backstory” that in many cases reads more like a novel than like a record of dry facts. It’s almost surreal when figures from Operation Fast and Furious appear in this account, and they act in character consistent with how they established themselves in that story. This time, with additional “cast members” (and the legal document at times reads just like a script), the technique of “slow walking” (as in deliberately dragging their feet investigating the arson of Dobyns’ home) brings to mind another “walking” technique employed by ATF in that other installment of the bureau’s directed misadventures.

Preliminary Crime Stats for January-June 2014 Show Decreases

Preliminary Semiannual Uniform Crime Report, January-June 2014 Banner

Figures released today in the FBI’s Preliminary Semiannual Uniform Crime Report reveal overall declines in the number of violent crimes and property crimes reported to law enforcement during the first six months of 2014 when compared to figures from the first six months of 2013.

Violent crimes reported for January through June of 2014 were down 4.6 percent from the same time period in 2013. All of the offenses in the violent crime category—murder and non-negligent manslaughter, rape, aggravated assault, and robbery—showed decreases. And the number of property crimes during the same time period decreased 7.5 percent, with all three offenses—burglary, larceny-theft, and motor vehicle theft—showing declines.

The report also contains four tables. Three of the tables detail the percent change in offenses reported to law enforcement by population group, by region of the country, and by consecutive years back to 2010. The fourth table contains the number of offenses reported to law enforcement, by state, in cities with populations of more than 100,000.

The full Crime in the United States, 2014 report will be released later this year.

The chairman of the National Committee of the Communist Party USA has penned a 2,023-word manifesto making the critical point that American Communists are eager to work with the Democratic Party to advance the modern communist agenda and achieve communist goals.

Communist Party chairman John Bachtell published his essay last week at People’s World, a “daily news website of, for and by the 99% and the direct descendant of the Daily Worker.”

“[L]abor and other key social forces are not about to leave the Democratic Party anytime soon,” Bachtell promised. “They still see Democrats as the most realistic electoral vehicle” to fight against perceived class enemies.

Bachtell, 58, is playing the long political game and he has a strategy, he said.

“First, we are part of building the broadest anti-ultra right alliance possible, uniting the widest array of class (including a section of monopoly), social and democratic forces. This necessarily means working with the Democratic Party,” the communist leader explained.

“Second, our objective is not to build the Democratic Party. At this stage we are about building the broad people’s movement led by labor that utilizes the vehicle of the Democratic Party to advance its agenda,” Bachtell further expounded. “We are about building the movements around the issues roiling wide sections of people that can help shape election contours and debates.”

“[W]e are for building movements in the electoral arena and see engagement in the electoral arena and democratic governance as a vital means to further build movements,” Bachtell also said.

To that end, he claimed, “thousands of trade unionists have been elected” at municipal and local levels of American government. Bachtell did not note a party affiliation of these elected leaders.

The rest of Bachtell’s declaration is mostly a somewhat modernized version of the same, garden-variety communist drivel communists have been spouting since roughly 1840.

Communists and other leftists have experienced “disillusionment with the Democratic Party” because of its “deep connections to Wall Street.” He is still mad at President Bill Clinton for NAFTA and welfare reform.

He’s mad at everyone about an increased number of private schools.

Republicans are an embodiment of caricatured evil for Bachtell.

“While the Republican Party is led by the most reactionary sections of Wall Street capital including the energy extractive sector and military industrial complex, it also consists of extreme right-wing elements including the Tea Party, white supremacists, social conservatives, right-wing evangelicals, climate deniers, anti-reproductive rights groups, etc.,” the communist leader writes.

Bachtell possesses a bachelor’s degree from Antioch College, an obscure, private hothouse of leftism that went defunct in 2008 and was resurrected in 2011 as an unaccredited, private work college.

NYC-Blizzard2015

Old America, the land of the free and the brave is gone.  In a media-fed Panic, Cities shut down, transportation is closed, and America shows the world we are affrighted souls that will cower before a Winter snow.

Once upon a time in a faraway place called Chicagoland, there were two seasons of the year that were always inevitable.  Everyone knew they would come, and everyone knew they had to deal with them.

They were the dreaded seasons of Winter and Road Construction.

To date, these are two seasons that even the nonsensical hype of global warming and “climate change” cannot affect.  In fact, I have discovered that in most urban and big city areas, these two seasons are like peanut butter and jelly.  One will follow right after the other.  Once upon a time in America, you shrugged your shoulders, perhaps you cursed, you rolled up your sleeves or windows and you slogged through both of those…
