Given other historical precedent, there’s nothing wrong with our current government leaders that wouldn’t be solved far more rapidly, by simply chopping 342 of them open with tomahawks and hurling them into the Potomac river-since Boston Harbor is kinda far to toss the bodies
“…and the sad truth is that 95% of the problems we have in this country could be solved tomorrow, by noon… simply by dragging 100 people out in the street and shooting them in the fucking head.” – An anonymous US Marine.
“The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government – lest it come to dominate our lives and interests.” ― Patrick Henry

“The U.S. government now poses the greatest threat to our freedoms.
More than terrorism, more than domestic extremism, more than gun violence and organized crime, even more than the perceived threat posed by any single politician, the U.S. government remains a greater menace to the life, liberty and property of its citizens than any of the so-called dangers from which the government claims to protect us.” – John W. Whitehead
The veteran policeman’s letter leaves out one important thing about the FSA-the gangs are organized, they have a command structure, and they are well armed.
The gang leaders will recruit some of the “drones” and use them to probe defenses in the ‘burbs-because they don’t care if they lose the drones to suburban NPT’s,their only goal will be for the upper “management” to survive, they’ll use the drones first, then their low-level members, and any of the FSA that’s still around.
There’s a chance that these guys will kill a lot of rivals off in the chaos, and whoever wins the turf wars will remain safely downtown-sending others out to steal food water, medical supplies.guns,ammo-whatever they can steal or take by force.
Some form of the golden horde will be moving outward from the cities-there’s no doubt about that.
How long it takes to reduce their numbers to the point that they no longer pose a major threat is the question.
“As I write America waits, again, to see whether blacks will riot, this time in Ferguson. Will they loot, burn, kill, and rape? The usual? The police in Ferguson prepare to protect stores from looters, as rioters seem to regard their insurrections as shopping opportunities. Will it come, we wonder tensely? Will the destruction get out of hand, spread to other cities?
It is curious that blacks, the least educated thirteen percent of the population, the least productive, most criminal, and most dependent on governmental charity, should dominate national politics. Yet they do. Virtually everything revolves around what blacks want, demand, do, or can’t do. Their power seems without limit.
Courses of instruction in the schools, academic rigor, codes of dress, rules regarding unceasing obscenity, all must be set to suit them, as must be examinations for promotion in fire departments, the military, and police forces. Blacks must be admitted to universities for which they are not remotely qualified, where departments of Black Studies must be established to please them. Corporate work forces, federal departments, and elite high-schools must be judged not on whether they perform their functions but on whether they have the right number of blacks.
Do laws requiring identification to vote threaten to end multiple voting? The laws must go. Do blacks not like Confederate flags? Adieu, flags. Does Huckleberry Finn go down the Mississippi with the Nigger Jim, or Conrad write The Nigger of the Narcissus? These must be banned or expurgated to please blacks who haven’t read them or, usually, heard of them. Do we want to prevent people coming from regions infested with Ebola from entering the United States? We cannot. It would offend blacks.
We must never, ever say or do anything that might upset them, as virtually everything does. It is positively astonishing. One expects the rich and smart to have disproportionate power. But America is dominated from the slums.”
Attorney General Eric Holder and ATF Director B. Todd Jones have been named defendants in a lawsuit seeking to overturn the federal machine gun ban.

A complaint for declarative and injunctive relief was filed Thursday in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas Dallas Division. Plaintiff Jay Aubrey Isaac Hollis, acting individually and as trustee of a revocable living trust, is suing Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr. and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Director B. Todd Jones in their official capacities for administering, executing and enforcing “statutory and regulatory provisions [that] generally act as an unlawful de facto ban on the transfer or possession of a machine gun manufactured after May 19, 1986.
“By imposing such a ban on an entire class of weapons, the statutes and regulations exceed the power of the United States,” the complaint states. It makes its case by citing violations of Article I of the United States Constitution, the Second, Ninth and Tenth Amendments, and “principles of federalism and dual sovereignty.
“[B]y arbitrarily ‘disapproving’ an already approved Form 1, Defendants’ actions violate Plaintiff’s Fifth Amendment right to due process and is an unjust taking; and violate the Equal Protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment,” the complaint continues. “Plaintiff seeks declaratory and injunctive relief against … unconstitutional provisions … declaring the ban on machine guns unconstitutional … and declaratory and injunctive relief prohibiting Defendants from unjustly taking property without Due Process.

Establish a Constitutional Right to Hunt, Fish and Harvest Wildlife
Today at the State Capitol in Jackson, the Mississippi Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus, led by House Wildlife, Fisheries & Parks Committee Chairman, Scott Bounds (R-Philadelphia) hosted a press conference to urge support for passage of NRA-backed Amendment 1 on November 4 — a state constitutional amendment establishing an individual right to hunt, fish and harvest wildlife.
Bundy Cobb, who is certified by the National Rifle Association in firearms training, is upset after he went for early voting in Douglas County, Georgia, on Friday and was ordered to remove his National Rifle Association hat before he was … more >
The leftists and gun grabbing lunatics never stop-ever-they plan, plot, connive, get their insane rantings and prevarications published all over the print media and the interwebz, they show pictures of a Browning belt fed .50 caliber machine gun-a “Ma Deuce”-and call it a rifle. They have reporters fire full-auto A-R’s and A-K’s while they are discussing “assault weapons” which leads the gullible uniformed big city dwellers to believe that people can just walk into Wally World-and walk out carrying a Ma Deuce and a couple thousand rounds of ammo, along with a couple full-auto A-K-47’s and 74’s and a few M-16’s and M-4’s.
And the idiots who live in the big cities-and have never even seen a gun in person believe this bullshit-and they vote accordingly.
We simply are not going to vote our way out of the mess we’re in in an election or two-the country is too far gone.
We can have SOME effect on the anti-gun zealots like Schumer,Feinstein,Mccarthy, Cuomo,Bloomberg, et-al by voting in pro-gun politicians at the local, county, and state levels.
At the fed level-they all work for team .gov-it don’t matter if they’re red or blue-GOP, Independent or Dem-they all vote for bigger and bigger .gov and vote for more and more .gov agencies that take more and more of our rights away-a little at a time.
What part of shall not be infringed is it that they do not understand?
How the hell is living in a high-crime neighborhood NOT a valid reason for a CCW permit?
I don’t seem to recall anything in the Constitution or the BOR about needing permission from anyone to exercise my second amendment rights to keep and bear arms, nor do I recall anything about having to give some gooberment employee a reason before they “allow” me to exercise my right to keep and bear arms.
The government does NOT “give or grant” our rights to us-our rights are pre-existing,and have nothing whatsoever to do with only being “permitted” the right to carry a handgun for self-defense if and when the gooberment says we can carry a firearm to defend ourselves, our families, our property, and our homes.
These anti-gun leftist loons need some remedial education that does not take place in any of our state indoctrination camps…errrr…universities.
The government does NOT grant our rights-we have the right to self defense in spite of the incessant .gov efforts to disarm us.

D.C. is has been accepting applications for concealed handgun permits for about a week but that could soon end.
News4’s Mark Segraves is reporting D.C. Attorney General Irvin B. Nathan will appeal a judge’s ruling requiring the city to issue concealed carry permits. If successful, the District could take away any permits originally granted.
The Attorney General will file the appeal by the end of the year, but D.C. will continue accepting applications until a decision is made.
Right now, applicants must specifically show why they believe they need a permit. Officials say living in a high-crime neighborhood is not a sufficient reason. However, victims of domestic violence or death threats are among those who could be granted permits.
News conference scheduled to address Eric Frein capture
Wonder if officer safety and co. caused the nose injury?
Governor Tom Corbett and law enforcement officials will hold a news conference Thursday night to discuss the recent capture of Eric Matthew Frein.
The conference will be held around 11 p.m. at the Pike County Training Center in Hawley, Pa., according to a news release from Trooper Connie Devens, state police spokeswoman.
“The man who evaded capture for more than six weeks after allegedly killing a Pennsylvania state trooper and wounding another has been arrested.
Eric Frein was taken into custody Thursday, Pennsylvania State Police told CBS News.
Frein, 31, is charged with opening fire outside the Blooming Grove state police barracks on Sept. 12, killing Trooper Bryon Dickson and seriously wounding Trooper Alex Douglass.”
Both a federal law enforcement source and a Pennsylvania law enforcement source confirmed that Frein in custody.
It has been “a very good day,” the Pennsylvania law enforcement source said.
Frein had eluded authorities since Sept. 12, when he allegedly killed one Pennsylvania state trooper and injured another during an ambush of the Blooming Grove police barracks.
Police had conducted a manhunt for weeks in the surrounding woods.
After almost 2 months, and around 10 million dollars-the PSP,FBI,ATF,plus various other stated, local and fed agencies have finally caught the ONE guy they have been searching for.
If it had been you or me that was shot and killed the investigation would have ended about 6 1/2 weeks ago…
I’m fairly certain that everyone in the III%/Patriot community can agree that we need to restore Rightful Liberty.
I’m also pretty sure that everyone can agree that this will not be an easy task.
The problems that I see are that no one wants to work together. Too many of the small groups simply do not trust any “outsiders”,the same is true of a hell of a lot of individuals.
There has to be trust among the groups,we all must work together. We all need to do what we can in our city/town/township/village,we have to start local.
We will never get anywhere if there’s nothing but distrust,if no one is willing to work with others.
There are a lot of guys who provide training, and do so for a very reasonable cost.
Some of these guys are promoting train the trainer type courses-which is a hell of a good idea.
There is a huge, huge, ginormous problem with PT-or lack of PT.
It’s not just among the III/Patriot/Liberty movement-it’s all of America.
Discovery channel just aired a show about Militias-the show clearly demonstrates that there is a huge, enormous, ginormous problem with PT-these guys make the militia groups that are trained up to reasonable standards look bad. Besides the lack of PT,there’s huge lack of proper training that’s evident if you watch the show.
The video…
It’s obvious that these assclowns need some much, much better training. This bullshit being broadcast is only going to portray the militia groups that are squared away in a bad light-in a negative way-make the public perception be that all militia groups are a bunch of fat, clueless rednecks.
Here’s a good post on what’s wrong with the watchmen’s “militia” portrayed in the video…
“The “prepper/survivalist/patriot/III%” community has absolutely zero social or political import, because the public face of the community is a bunch of fat, lazy, self-important redneck fucks who are failures in modern society. Despite the guns and macho-blustering bravado, the community poses absolutely zero real threat to the mainstream status quo, and the mainstream status quo recognizes that. All “they” have to do is point at the idiots—the “crazy gun nuts” and the “whacky survivalists,” and the sheep giggle and join in the finger-pointing and mockery. That’s not going to change, until you begin to be able to convince people that you are not just a string hanging on the fringe.
Until that changes, nothing changes.
Until that changes, the entire “liberty” aspect of the prepper community is utterly pointless.”
