At this time EMS reports they can’t confirm any information relating to the nature of the call that’s resulted in multiple departments being dispatched to the area.

Ohio Department of Health reported this morning in its Daily Ebola Contact Report that there are currently:

0 confirmed cases of Ebola in Ohio;

3 people under quarantine;

164 contacts statewide;

ODH’s Daily Ebola Contact Report is issued at approximately 11 a.m. and is compiled from the local health districts, ODH officials and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Ohio team members who are working together to identify anyone who may have had contact of some type with the Dallas nurse who was in Northeast Ohio, Oct. 10-13. Symptoms may appear anywhere from 2-21 days after exposure to Ebola, but the average is 8-10 days. It is anticipated that contacts will be removed from the contact list between October 31, and November 4, 2014. The figures may change daily based on the information officials learn from contacts and the type of exposure they may have had.

He made no attempt to flee and didn’t put up a fight.

“Frein, 31, could be seen with a gash on the bridge of his nose and a scrape over his left eye. Malkowski and Kimball said he suffered the injuries while marshals had him down on the pavement.”

Looks like the U.S. Marshalls got a few good shots in while they had Frein on the ground-nothing like havin the cops grind your face into the pavement-while one has a knee in your back,another has a knee on your neck,and a third steps on the back of your head and twists his boot back and forth.

Until his capture around 6 p.m. Thursday, Frein had some residents beginning to wonder if law enforcement was up to the task, given the rugged terrain of the Poconos and the evident skill with which he eluded dogs, thermal-imaging cameras and teams of heavily armed officers.

Seems Mr. Frein was a bit more skilled than the gestapo made him out to be when they started violating citizens rights in Pa. They were never close to catching him-the guy even had the time to shave-as the cops pointed out-so that alone shows the keystone cops were never anywhere near him.

Authorities said they were trying to reconstruct Frein’s time on the run. They believe he broke into cabins and other places for food and shelter, and he evidently found time to shave — he had a neatly trimmed goatee when he was caught.

I highly doubt the breaking into cabins story-the cops claimed they were searching the cabins all along.

I think Frein had a hiding place that the cops are never going to find,or several of them,he clearly had plenty of food cached in the area,probably clothes,hygiene stuff,ammo,extra boots,sleeping bag,etc. There’s a good chance he had a radio that picked up the PSP channels,maybe even the FBI and Marshall’s service channels too.

Now that he’s in custody,maybe we will get his side of the story-it has to have something to do with one or both of the troopers he shot.and if it makes the PS look bad-we will likely never hear the whole story,unless Frein’s lawyer gives the story to the media.
